 6 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
 3 cups cream cheese
 ¾ cup cheddar cheese
 ¾ cup green onions (finely chopped)
 ½ tsp salt
 3 small garlic cloves (crushed)
 36 jalapeño peppers (seeded, with tops removed)

Preheat the grill.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the peppers.

Fill each pepper to the top with the cheese mixture and place in a jalapeño grill rack. Cover with foil and grill for about 8 minutes or until the bottoms are charred and the cheese mixture is lightly browned.
