Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

Yields1 Serving

cheesecake, pie, pie filling, dessert

 8 oz Package cream cheese, room temperature
 8 oz Container sour cream
 ¼ cup Sugar
 2 tsp Vanilla extract
 8 oz Container whipped topping
 1 Graham cracker pie crust
 1 Can pie filling, any flavor

Blend the first four ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour ingredients into pie crust.


Refrigerate for two hours, or overnight. Cover with plastic cover (use the cover that came with the pie crust, this works great)


Immediately before serving, spread pie filling over top to completely cover the cheesecake.
