sometimes I have to brew it twice. It leaks often. and The coffee does not stay hot long in the pot.

The opening where you pour the water reserve is to small and water goes everywhere. Also the basket for the coffee grounds can get stuck at times and then you have a overflow of brewing coffee (be careful as i burned myself). Also the carfae lid doesnt always lock secure.

This coffeemaker was defective. The plastic piping that connects to the lid was not connected so you could not make coffee.

I only had the coffeemaker for about a week and it already was broke it would make the coffee but did not heat so you would have to pour a cup and put in in the microwave to heat it. Very upsetting really liked the idea that it was a thermal. But I had bought two of them one for my daughter and one for myself, my daughter's is working fine, I guess I just got a bad one.

Item worked fine for a week and then stopped making coffee and started boiling water in the holding tank. Probably just a lemon. Returned item with a request for a replacement. Unfair to judge product on one item that could have just been defective.

i love this coffee pot. my husband gets up earlier than i and when i get up the flavor is the same as when fresh brewed because it doesn;t sit on a hot plate and keep cooking but stays hot in the thermos.
