You cannot bake in this oven, you either end up with the top of your food brown and the bottom raw, rotisserie is a joke. The mechanics of the rack, you end up fighting to get the food on and to get it off. Save your money and buy something of quality, which is not what this product is.

1). The basket would not close securely. 2) My meat fell out after a few turns in the rotisserie. 3) The timer doesn't count down. 4) The temperature wouldn't set higher than 350 degrees. 5) 45 minutes later my fries were still raw. 6) My brocolli took 30 minutes to steam. I am very disappointed in my purchases from Ginny's. I have to wait a week for a replacement. I hope it is not refurbished. It was my hopeto order more things in the near future. However, I am very dissatisfied with my first purchase.

Best appliance in my kitchen. I have three children and this oven helps make meals easier and fast. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. I am happy. This item replaced the microwave, no more nuking for me.

I love the oven but it tends to not do what the book says! Overall I would recommend this oven!

Love the steamer on top, but would like to close it off when not needed. Also, it overcooked the steak and barely cooked the veggies on our kabobs. Otherwise, grest!

I do like the oven, but had I not gotten the 30% off, I probably would not have purchased it.

This is well worth what I paid. I absolutely love it. I have not had any problems with it smoking. I did take one persons suggestion and put foil on the drip pan. It works great. If you're hesitant on buying this, just do it.

I first try to make something simple-- pre-made cookies; the package gives 7 to 10 m to cook. My unit takes 25 m to make a batch. Unfortunately, I had the unit for more than 30 days so I could not return it. Now it takes too long to make anything from toast to roast it takes double time and it uses much more energy than I was planning. It is not worth the price.

SEEMS TO WORK OK, BUT FOR THE PRICE, I HOPED IT WOULD BE LARGER.

Bought this for my wife, she loves it. She was disappointed about the drip tray not being non stick like the other trays though.

First I was hesitant purchasing because of some reviews about this unit smoking, but am glad I decided to get it. Upon reading the instructions very carefully, it states to thoroughly wash all the trays, etc. as well as placing aluminum foil on the drip pan. At first and every use there after, there was never any type of smoking. I use every option there is and the food turns out tasty. My recommendation goes out!!

We received our oven yesterday and today I was set on doing 2 rotisserie chickens. So I went to the store and bought 2 chickens, they only had 5 lb chickens or larger so I got 2 5 lbs chickens as the oven says it can handle up to 2 5 lb chickens. I needed just a little help from my 19 yr old who is a deli clerk and does rotisserie chickens in his sleep, but he showed me how to truss the chicken without twine and how to put them on the rods. It was a really tight fit...no more 5 lb birds...maybe 4 lb birds???? But I got everything assembled, tightened and put into the machine without too much hassle and they cooked perfectly. Nothing fell apart or fell off, no mishaps whatsoever. I would recommend though a better instruction booklet with pictures or even videos on your webpage or YouTube channel. That way us buyers and appliance newbs aren't so intimidated and we can enjoy our purchases more. A Ginny's Rotisserie oven cookbook might be nice...I would probably buy it since cooking this way is new to me and I've been cooking for over 25 yrs.

A piece was missing from the package. A duplicate piece was sent to me. But I'm still missing the original missing piece.

My husband is the cook in the house and we were excited to get this oven so we wouldn't have to use the big oven during the summer heat. The color was beautiful (aqua), but it seemed really cheaply made. The rotisserie was a little difficult to figure out and no way was a nice size chicken staying on the thin rods. Didn't like the way the top plate always heated up no matter if it was being used or not. Needless to say, it was returned. This was a bummer, as it was oversized and costly to ship back. Oh, well, you don't know until you try it. Probably won't order any other large kitchen appliances from Ginny again.

The unit cooks good, makes great chicken. The problem with the oven is with the rotisserie,it has 2 rods that you put your meat own then put in the oven slots. The 2 rods are threaded on one end and get screwed on a plate and another plate goes on the other end.Its hard to describe it,but when the rotessire is turning the rods unscrew and your meat will fall onto the heating element. This is the 2nd oven i have had and had the same problem.I brazed the screw ends fast and it works good now.The oven works great has good heat.

I bought this particular appliance because it was the color that I needed in my kitchen. Although it does cook my food well it is not a convection oven, which is what I had in the past. Also, the cooking racks fall forward and so does the food when I try to take it out of the oven. I feel that the racks are not sturdy enough. Furthermore, it is hard to program the oven. Although it is not worth the price, I still love my Super Oven and I would buy it again.
