I love the design because it takes up less space on my countertop..everyone comments on that..It is very easy to set up compared to my other coffee makers..I would like to be able to control the temp because the coffee is very hot..Some may like that tho..

So far my husband & I really like and enjoy the Brew Station; I just have to stop putting my cup on the counter and reaching for the carafe that's no longer there--LOL. Sorry to hear this item is no longer available; so sorry for those customers who doesn't already own one. We like it very, very much.

bought 2 of these only because 1st leaked at base and replacement leaked at dispenser, but was leary at trying a 3rd, so decided to keep the 1st one and then my daughter took the second, saved me the hassle of boxing them back up and taking them to post office, Ginny gave me a percentage off for keeping them, which amounted to the postage paid, which was nice. Ginnys still to me is the best place to shop.

I have had other Hamilton Beach coffee pots and this one is the best. I like the fact that the filter cup has bigger holes for the coffee water to flow threw, it prevents the coffee grinds from backing up and getting into the already made coffee...
