Pieces were broken the shelves. Had to order replacement parts. Not happy that a metal organizer was broken and had no instructions to how to put together.

This is the solution to my storage problems in my bedroom. No more clutter in closet or/in corners. Would have liked it to be a little higher quality, but made in China means "imperfect".

I just love this organizer I Do not have a closet in my room and its just great for hanging up all those extra items. I put my coats,shoes,sweaters, and all those extra boxes that I have laying around I would definately recommend this to others.

Unfortunately and although I measured carefully for workability of the "Ultimate Organizer" in my tiny room. It is, sad to say too large. As good looking as it is, that it is metal, I find it cold and limiting for my mostly sleeping area As soon as I put together the money to FEDEX it back to you, and within 60 days limit - I must return it. Thank you for your kind service.

Makes a difference

This organizer makes a difference in our back entry before I had two rack/shelf to try to keep the outerwear handy and organized, it was a mess the coats were weighing the rack down which literally put clothes in your face entering, now with the same sq. footage taken up there is order! And I dare say neatness!!

I love my new home, but I hate how the master shares a closet with the room next door. This Organizer was PERFECT. My boys can keep coats and toys organized and still have room for shoes. I really love how easy it was to put together. Until we build a closet, this will do the trick!
