I had purchased 2 Wedge shelfs and received them and they were all mess up then I asked the customer services rep to replace them and make sure that they check them before shipping them out and she said that she only can write a note to them. So I received my 2 new ones and they were all chipped and even the boxes they came in were messed up. I can not believe that this is what they ship out. They should inspect all items, instead of just throwing them in another box to ship out. Very disappointing. I have been a long time customer and very surprise on how bad the quality is getting. Think twice before purchasing. And for this review they say you can keep anonymous but they want your email address and city u live in. That is not anonymous.
