4.5-qt. Stovetop Deep Fryer Set is a wonderful alternative to electric fryers. Hard anodized aluminum pan heats fast and allows you to fry small/medium batches more conveniently and with easier cleanup, with a nonstick interior and incredible durability. Wire frame basket (8 3/4" diam. x 5" d) comes with long handle and pan hook to allow oil to drain back into pan. Domed, brushed aluminum cover has stainless steel mesh insert to stop spatters. Black soft grips on riveted, stainless steel handles. Oven safe pan can also function as a regular pot for soups and rice when not being used as a fryer. 9 1/2" diam. x 18" l x 5" d. Hand wash.
