Mini Pumpkin Pies

1 pkg. premade pie crust
1 15-oz. can pumpkin
1  cup heavy cream
1/2  cup milk
2 large eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Lightly grease pie maker. Cut dough into 8 circles. Press one circle into each mold. Close lid to cut off excess dough; remove. Mix together remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/3 cup of filling into each mold (do not overfill). Place remaining circles over filling. Close lid; cook for 8?12 min., or until pies are golden brown. Remove with a spatula or wooden spoon; cool before eating.

  • I made this with my new mini pie maker and the pies were delicous, I have tried many recipes for pies and this one was the best!!!
