Unisauce Ribs

Submitted by Eunice L. of Forest Hills, NY

1-lb. spare ribs
1 c. ketchup
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika, optional

Spray an 11" x 13" roasting pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place some of the sauce on the bottom of the pan. Place ribs on sauce in pan. Cover with the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle ribs with ginger and paprika. Place foil on top. Either cook right away in a 350° F oven for 1 1/2 hours or refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Serve with sweet potatoes or rice.
Also tastes great with chicken.
