2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
Mix the above together and pour into a 13" x 18" jellyroll pan. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes or until done. Test with a toothpick. Cool.
Cream Cheese Frosting:8-oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar
Chopped nuts
Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla and then add powdered sugar. If too stiff, add a few drops of milk. Spread over bars. Sprinkle nuts on top.
