Vegetable Soup Casserole

1-lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
8 to 10 potatoes
1 can of vegetable soup with beef stock

Fry hamburger with onion and drain. Peel potatoes and slice. Mix can of soup with can of water and layer hamburger, potatoes and vegetable soup in casserole dish. Salt and pepper each layer. Bake at 425° F for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
