3 heads of cauliflower, steamed and pureed in a food processor
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded extra sharp cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese for topping, optional
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (except the cheese for topping). Spread into a buttered 9" x 13" baking dish. Top with extra shredded cheese. Bake at 350° F for 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is lightly golden.
*Note-If the mixture is warm, it will cook faster. If that mixture is cool, it will take longer to cook.
