Hot Spinach Dip

1 c. whipped salad dressing, regular or light
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, well drained
1 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. 100% grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
Green onions, chopped (as desired)

Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions. Spoon into a 9" pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and onions.

Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.

To make ahead, prepare dip as directed except for baking. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake just before serving.
