used a few pans so far and they are awesome. Don't listen to some of the reviews that mention peeling paint because I really think some people abuse them. If you slam them together and chip them then anything will peel. I have had no issues at all, even heat, nothing really sticks to them. I did have a little burnt pasta stick a very liitle bit but I just soaked it in soapy water like your suppose to and walla. just fine. A small price to pay for such a beautiful set of cookware. Very evenly balanced too when you hold them. I'M extremely happy and if they hold up for another month or two I'm buying one more set. I would say definitely try them out and I think you will be happy with them too. Oh yeah, I love the soft handles, very cool, never get burnt and nice grippage. one mmore thing is they are very well made, super thick welded on bottom for even heat and nice riveted handles. handles are made of a strong steel, not that flimsy junk so they will not bend when you fill up the pans with heavy foods. c ya. I love my cookware set. The are so easy to clean after cooking in them and they match everything in my kitchen. Very sturdy and the price is worth it.

I hesitated to buy stainless steel and now I know why. They appear to be sturdy, etc. and the appearance is fair, but I don't like having to scrub all day to get the food that has stuck to the pan during cooking, off of the pan! Not happy and wishing I had not bought it! :(
