Update to my review of 12/6: Ginny's contacted me immediately and offered to exchange my unlevel griddle, or credit my account for the cost of the griddle. I am extremely pleased with Ginny's quick response to an unsatisfied customer. They obviously value thier customers very much, and based on my new griddle, sell good quality products.

I was happy with the surface size and non-stick quality. Cleans up easily. BUT, When I unfold and open it, the two halves do not line up perfectly. Because of this, it's hard to keep the 2 pronged elicrical recepticle plugged into the pan. You see, each prong plugs into a different half of the pan, so since the halves don't line up, the 2 holes, that the prongs plug in to, don't line up either.
