I tried to send the broken donut maker back, but since I didn't have a brown box for it I put it into a priority mail box, and the post office would not take it. So i now put it into the box my new maker came in and will try to send it this week. Thank you. M. diaz

I went to lift it up and the little piece broke on me. I guess it is made cheaply. I don't have a strong grip so I don't know why it broke.

Really wanted this product to perform well. The donuts were too small, didn't cook well, though I followed recipe directions precisely. Really just for kids (with adult supervision of course).
