The island was supposed to have two drawers, and towel racks on either end. The pieces for these were missing when the box arrived. When I called about that, I was told that the parts wouldn't be in till May, but they could send another, I could take the parts I needed, then box up the rest and send it back. Way too much trouble. It was frustrating since I had originally wanted a different color, but it too was not available till May. However, I ended up getting a partial refund for the missing pieces and the island is still capable of functioning as a flat working surface in my kitchen.
