It's light, a must for me, but it does the work on pet hair. I love it's versatility. One design flaw: I tend to want to pick it up by the top middle handle, but that takes out the cup with the debris. I have had to train myself to use the handle on the back of the cannister. It's clearly labeled though. It may be myself that is flawed. I do recommend this product.

The vac is small it wont keep up with the hair it clogs and the accessories don't stay on the bottom of the hose while you clean!

I thought for the cat hair it would be great! NOT! It clogs,its very cheaply made and you have to jam the accessories on the end there is nothing to hold them.I may send it back!

Yes this vac works great, but good luck finding filters. The website listed in the manual gets redirected to another shark site that says the EP722 does not exist. Other sites have this model number, but with a different name. How good is a vac you can't replace filters on?
