I purchase this carpet cleaner based on Bissell reputation. I turned out to be a very wise decision. I have used this unit 7 times now with excellent results every time. I gave it a five star rating because out of all of the carpet cleaners I have used this one is the easiest to use and maintain over all bar none.

love it better then hoover

I had a hoover which i replaced with this one i have young children and dogs running through my house and this has cleaned far better then the hoover ever did. i clean my floors once a month and it has held up great with no problems. I am so pleased with this and would recommend it to anyone.

Look at Different Brand

I have owned this steam cleaner a little over a year and have had it repaired once. Now it is doing the same thing - not dispensing water - and my warranty has expired. I have terrible repair shops located near me - maybe you will have better luck. The spray nozzles for floor cleaning stop working after a while (hand tools work fine. I will look at Hoover next time - this steam cleaner is a waste of money!!!

I have to say that I disagree with the other reviews. I have use mine, in less than a year at least 3 times. Used on the floors and my living room furniture and it has worked wonderful all the time. Great product would definitely recommend to anyone especially families with pets.
