Sorry, this service is not available to Canadian addresses. This product has the following shipping restrictions: Cannot ship to: *Alaska, Hawaii Can only be shipped as an individual package. If your bowls don't turn when using the regular beaters, turn the mixer off and look at the beaters. Notice that one has a white nylon tip? It also has a hexagonal nut at the other end that fits into the hexagonal slot in the mixer's head. That beater should be inserted so it's closest to the outside edge of the bowl. The nylon tip will make contact with the bowl, causing it to turn while mixing. The bowls are designed not to turn while using the dough hooks or whisk.
Before placing the platform in the mixer base, make sure it's in the correct position for the size bowl you'll be using. Recessed in the mixer base you'll see two icons, one for the position of the small bowl, one for the large.
