I made a pineapple sorbet for my first dessert and loved it! Very easy to use. I transferred it to one of the stainless steel bowls with the plastic lid that I had previously purchased from Ginny's for storage in the freezer. There's no crystallization - it tastes as good as the day I made it and it has been a few days.

We first tried the basic vanilla and fell in love immediately! It tasted pure and clean and totally unlike that stuff selling at the local stores. I simply followed all the steps and my ice cream came out perfectly. I had no trouble cleaning the unit, either. I have to buy another one of these units in case this one bites the dust. Wow, what a find!

I used this immediately after receiving it. I made the strawberry ice cream recipe and my family loved it. It is simple to use and very quickly makes ice cream for your family.

I got this for my grandson who has a dairy allergies. and my daughter says that it work great and the ice cream is a big hit with the kids. She makes it with almond milk.I have a very happy grandson now. He was really missing ice cream.
