This pot is prefect for those giant pots of gumbo or chicken spaghetti that my extended family loves. It is so easy to cook in & will cook to perfection the largest beef roast & all the trimmings.

The Caldero is perfect for my needs. I purchased it for my job. I am a cook in an Assisted Living Facility. Every Morning I scramble 6 dozen eggs, one batch, in this pan. Use low heat at all times when using for any thing. Wipes clean with damp cloth.
